Just loosen the adjustment bolts for the accessories and take them off. It helps to loosen the bolts in the center of the PS and AC adjustment pulleys too. They should come off pretty easy even with the fan. Just remember the order you need to put them back on - its Alt, AP, AC, then PS last and dont tighten the adjustment bolts to much for the PS or AC. They'll break and you almost have to get new ones from Mazda which is a rip off.
it helps to use a 1/4 drive ratchet on those and to spray them down with penetrant a few days before.

that was the issue...i could not release belt tension and all i had a small brass hammer that i tapped lighty on the head of the tensioner bolt and the bastid would not budge.

you know you have to loosed the nut on the PS pulley right?
