I recently bought a 87 IIturbo, every time it start it keeps cutting off i have to keep my foot on the gas, then after it warm up it stays crunk... but when i turn the car off it wont start, i have to let it set for a 10-15 mins then it start with no problem.... so could this be the fuel pump or the injectors or fuel reg.?? thanks roc

ummm yeah that would be a big problem. but what i dont understand is if its a vac leak the idle would be shitty all the time correct?

sounds flooded, take care of that hose first and lets see what happens. or u can try the egi trick when u shut ur car off and pull the fuse and start again

i tried the trick with the egi and the plugs, taking them out and starting the car.. and once i do that its start with no problem but as soon as i turn it off i wont start again.... thats way i was thinking it was low fuel pressure, bad fuel pump.... but i will replace that hose and see what happen.. thanks roc
