Can't get bolt off!

ok i got it off, with the vice grips, it was realy stuck on there, took a while. But ya i gotta replace the hose, is so old and hard/brittle that i can't get it back on the nozzle. one thing lead to the next, When will it ever stop? never

I finally got around to getting the new oil line. I found out the oil line comes as a hard line with the ring and nozzle already attached by the little clamp. Thats y i could never get it off. Now that i figured it out i tried to take off the oil injector on the rotor housing. The injector needs and open end 16mm wrench to get it off. The oil line goes over the nozzle on the ring and is clamped on by a butterfly clamp. The oil injector goes through the ring. I still can't get that ******' :madgo: oil injector out!!! i used a crows foot to get in real close, cuz there isn't much space on the rear ( closed to driver ) rotor housing oil injector. The wrench will not fit on it. The head of the wrench is to thick, the bolt goes BIG HEADED, about 17mm, then cuts down to 16mm, where the hexagon shape is, then goes back up to 17mm and is threaded. The space where the hexagon part is ( where the open end wrench fits on, u know like the head of a bolt) Is like 3mm long. The smallest width wrench i have is like 4mm in width. So i can't get it down there to turn it. In my frustration i broke another ******' :madgo: oil line. But this one was on the intake. THose 2 on the intake have twice as much area of hexagon head. So it came off in a sinch. Then i started lookin at it. The oil injector is a bolt, that is hollow in the middle to carry the oil. And there is a smooth section where the ring of the oil ling goes over. The oil ring has a nozzle where the oil line connects to. The oil is then put through the nozzle, through the ring by a needle size hole. Now on the oil injector there are two needle size holes on it where the oil goes inside of it.
Do these holes need to line up?? How could u tell if they are, they are needle size in diameter. And plus u have to screw in the oil injector, thus turing the position of the hole, while the oil line ring is on it. So u can;t see either holes.
So do these holes need to line up, and what about getting the F'in oil injector off my rotor housing??

I'm not much help with your latest questions. But I have a question for you. What were you originally trying to do to your car when you couldn't get the bolt off? Sounds like you have not been able to drive your 7 for the past few weeks. That sucks.

True that Its been in storage so i decided to take her apart. I had my injectors cleaned, all new blue silicone vacuum hoses, covered all my old wiring harness and all other wires in blue convolting tubing, in process of putting in all stainless steel braided hoses for fuel and radiator hoses. I might to the TB mod too and some other little things, i also added some boltons and took out the egr. I did the atf trick and put in new plugs and o2 sensor also. I would do alot more but i still own my dad some loot for my paint job and getting all the body damage fixed, on top of car insurance and car payment! yea i goto hard highschool too and have only one job, im only 17 too. I'f i had a high paying job and no school, u be takin to a man w/ a 12 sec 7... hey im gettin there though, im ahead of the game of everyone i know and everyone they know.......

If it is broken off you might try an EASY OUT. It should go right in there and unscrew the rest of it out. 2nd option would be carefully heat the metal around the bolt to expand the metal around the fitting and then get it out.
I've had to go that a time or two (though not on the Mazda).
