Yeah, $200,000 doesn't buy **** nowadays. For a little piece of crap in Farmingdale--2-3 bedrooms, small property, not much else--you have to pay $300,000 plus. The real estate agents are the ones jacking up prices.

Damn i wish i still had mine, i had 3 all of em well over 3 feet, ppl were so scared of them.
