Picked up this GXL today, got a pretty good deal. Only option I can see it not having is the leather, other then that its all there and working! Guy who had it before was Rotor-retarded so hence the reason for me buying it. So if anyone is interested in it, let me know!

That is almost how I got my 86 I saw it for sale and pulled over to look at it and the lady that was selling it was arguing with another guy about if it was a 4 or 6 cyl. While they were arguing I noticed the receipt for the atkins motor, handed her 800 dollars said take it or leave it and buy the way its a no cyl. and walked away laughing with a new car.

Yes, just to sell it, I also bought a Jet Ski today, just to sell it, and sold that today as well. I want to get into my own house very badly and im hussling to make extra money, if I make $400-$500 on the car, its better then if my money was just sitting in the bank right? And it will make someone a happy GXL owner as well. I also have that other 88 convertible ( not my convertible), but that one Im painting so I can get more money for it when its done.

I wish right now I was far away from New York, do you realize the price of houses on Long Island and the property taxes that go with it? Starter homes are now near $200,000 and you would be lucky if your property taxes were under $5000-$6000
