Bypass The Air Temp Sensor

A guy told me that if you unplug the connector to the air temp sensor that is located up near the oil filler neck and oil filter, then place a wire across the connector your ignition timing will advance allowing better acceleration and more power.



Is this true, or will it hurt the engine? I had not heard of anyone on this forum talking about such a simple upgrade. Just curious.

um,,, why dont you just advance the ignition timing then? dont **** with that,

remember that rotary engine tuning is vital to engine life!!!

um its kinda of a rigged way to do it, and on a turbo you dont want more advance
