My handy, local Advanced Auto Parts store doesnt carry the Air Temp Sensor. This is the one that is located up near the Throttle Body. Also, Is the sensor different between the TII and the FD, because I will be running FD UIM and TB w/ Greddy Elbow on my 89 TII.

Anyone know where I can pick one up for a reasonable price?

Thanks.

n326-18-845 is the part number. the fd uses a different sensor, different threads and it reads differently too

Hmm..so the above part # is the FD sensor or the FC? Just get it from mazda?

Well, I guess I'll need the FD Sensor for sure, since the threads are different and what not.

Ok, I think I got it...

FC part# n326-18-845

FD part# n3a1-18-845

Direct from mazda pricing:

FC - $64.05

FD - $67.45

I need the FD for sure. There has got to be somewhere I can get this cheaper!

Anyone?

What do you mean? I guess I don't know how the FC one reads in the first place.

they are both just resistors, one increases resistance as it gets hotter, the other decreases. i dont remember which one goes which way.
