The only worthwhile upgrades on the rotors would be larger diameter and/or lighter (aluminum hat rigidly mounted to iron disc would be useful for reducing unsprung weight), in my opinion.



crossdrilling and slotting are more for appearance than anything.

You can run stock parts, if you dont want to run fast lap times. Trust me stock pads on stock rotors will fade very fast on a track. [/quote]

When he could be running performance pads for about the same price?

i didnt say how much he paid for the pads, just that they are stock mazda

i guess i will just wait on the rotors and change the pads. so hawk pads, or should i go with the bonez.

brembo blanks or mazda OEM rotors

New master cylinder



that is what you need



plus rebuiliding 13+ year old calipers is always a good idea
