mine used to not move at all under boost, its a short somewhere, just get an aftermarket one...if your still feeling your turbo pull then obviously its working....so is it still working or not???

You'd know if it wasnt...

sounds like a vaccum leak to me. but it could be a short. when your car is idling do you have vaccum? and it should be between 15 and 20lbs of vaccum.if your gauges moves a little then its probably a vaccum leak. since the guauge moves sumwhat then its still reading. but if it doesn't move at all its probably a short. let me know.
