well i want boost and i was wondering if i could get all stock stuff(turbo, manifold )and jimmy rig it to work.....would it or is the ecu just really gay or what. i'm sure i couldnt run much boost maybe like 5psi at the most . any info would be great

 

If you want a turbo in your car, you need a front clip (or everything off of a front clip) of a turbo. And you have to use everything off of the turbo front clip, meaning wiring harness, ECU, engine, ...... and so on.

 

Plus you want a T2 tranny if you you decide to go with a LOT of boost, N/A trannies can really hold out at about 250HP after that they break.

 

the big problem is a stock t2 turbo wont clear the manifold, and b you have high compression 9.7:1 vs 9:1, so the tuning has to be good

o.....but it is possible correct. just very low boost.....also would it run right with the stock ecu?

 

the stock ecu is prolly gonna run too much timing, the good news is a t2 ecu will go right in

awesome im hopin ill find a donor in a junkyard around town, and get a front mount intercooler, also would i be able to make my stock tb work with the ic piping and all?
