Different story for me. Atkins give me used rotor housings and sides. Probably the only thing new were the apex seals. Motor broke a main bearing less than a year later. Guess what, no warranty on bearing failure.

But then it only cost me 1550 for the engine.

I believe what he meant was they don't reuse stuff if you pay for new, some places don't really disclose what is reused and what is new. You were probably fully aware of what you were buying and got exactly that, and paid a reasonable price for it.

i got may own personal mec....vosko knows him....but he is from ...FLA...HE BUILDS GREAT PIN ENGINE ..hold 40 psi... i never had a problem with him ....all i can say is

to him .....
