Air filter advance timing by 2 degrees and exhaust. Is just a start unless you go with weight reduction...

I got my MAF adaptor on ebay, its a 3" inlet and I have a friend that has been a Mazda Tech for almost 30 years and he has a FC himself. He did me up a custom mid pipe (no cat) for my 88 vert N/A, its a 2 1/2" and it bolts up to the stock Y-pipe, after the Y I have a pair of universal mufflers 2 1/2" inlet and a 4 1/2", stock header, it sounds really good, the best buget system I've seen or hear. He also recomended RC 550cc injectors for my secondary setup, they work well, and I'm more of a suspention guy so before any of that I did TEIN Stech springs, Tokico HP shocks, Tanabe strut tower bars, DTSS rear upright toe elemanator bushings from Racing Beat and a prothane urathane bushing kit for the sway bars and control arms.
