Bad Jspec

I just tore into my s5 jspec. two broken apex seals and a corner plug is gone. But the bad part is the housing has some good size scrattechs in both. What can I get away with? Is their any thing I can do? Has anyone ever ran one ,and if so to what result .ya I know I'm a cheap basterd but hey you gatta do what ya gatta do thanks Corbit

I'd be more surprised if you bought a j-spec and it wasn't screwed up.

good luck finding good used housings though ...



I have 1 good s5 t2 housing sitting here. But you'd be lucky to find any.

why dont you get some non turbo rotor housings... rip the sleeves out of them and use those if your looking for a fix? NA rotor housings are really easy to find and cheap. The car may run up to 10 degrees hotter though. just my suggestion.

J-spec- japenese junkyard engine



if you called a junkyard in the USA and asked if they

had a TII there with a engine, and they said

"oh sure we do , it only has 50,000 miles on it as well"





would you just tell them to ship it to you and drop it in the car?
