what do i need to change my trans from auto to manual?

You need a manual trans, first of all, then you need the remaining components of the system; clutch resevior, slave cylinder, clutch pedal assembly, shift boot assembly, etc. and a shitload of time and patients.

is that all of it. sorrow rpmwarz is trying to find the stuff so i need to know everything. is the flywheel the same??

im not sure on the flywheel, but if the counterweight is different from auto to manual, my guess would be the flywheel will be different also...
