I couldn't see your pics with those links but basically the SE is the base model.. 4 lug 14" wheels, single piston front brake calipers, manual windows, open differential, no wing, etc. It has the same engine and trans as the other non turbo NA's. The GXL is nice because it has a limited slip diff. It's the only S4 to have an LSD next to the T2. It may also have the auto adjust supsension (look for a button in the center console for this). The GXL also has the big 4 piston caliper brakes and 5 lug 15" wheels. The SE is the lightest model which is good and can be modded just like any other S4. The only thing I don't like about the SE is the open diff.
