my friends got the stiffer engine mounts on his car, and i find his car kinda rough, i suspect that the trans mount can be stiffer without affecting the car much though.
keep in mind i'm old, i like a smooth ride. |
i made my motor mounts out of nuclear grade aluminum, i have had them for over a year now, vibrations were almost non existant, i usuall make them for 50 bucks us a set, but i have no time right now. no solid tranny mounts i am sceptical of, there are a lot of gears in there and the increased vibration can't be too good, but i could be wrong, likely won't shift as well, i would say keep your stock tranny mounts.

I design Nuclear components and operated a nuclear power plant for 13 years, not a ******* intern for my summer vacation. You may have some AL laying around the plant but I seriously doubt you walked out with a certified, pedigreed chunk of the plant.

**** cerification comming from the plant is good enough for me lol. why would i need certification for motor mounts right https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...DIR#>/wink.png
