if i get an alt. from an fd how much work needs to be

done to put it in a 91 n/a?

i keep blowing the stock one and it sucks a lot.

twice in the last two months

i think thats a direct swap. do some searching here and im sure youll find it, its pretty common

If you look at the pinned section of the 2nd gen forum, you will see a nice little writeup named altenator conversion.

Its a direct swap for S5's, for S4's its a little harder, you have to swap pullies, and wire it differently.
