whenever the car is running the alternator gauge fluctuates between about 13 to 15 volts,
the needle is constantly flickering up and down its realy annoing. just wondering if this is a normal thing or if it is some kind of isuse i need to address before somthing goes out.

well if anyone looks at this later.... It was a grounding issue.
I took thick guage power wire for wiring amps, and ran it from the alternater bracket to the strut housing to the neg. battery terminal and now the guage sits steaty at 14 volts.
