I have an old school RB turboback and was wondering if it was stainless. I had some rust on my DP a while ago, but then got it coated...



Im gonna have the flange cut off for a v-band flange and need to know if its stainless or just mild steel...

in the complete system the down pipe seems alot different from the rest of the system, I think it's probably just thin wall tubing when the rest is thicker.... because it's a shitload lighter than the other pieces. Not sure if it's stainless though, they don't say it on their web site.

Stick a magnet on it and the flanges.

i have a rb dp aswell and its mild steal but its only 2 years old , just has a real shitty heat paint to it but shoot ya know anyone that wants to buy it never really used more then 20 minutes with me tuning on the car before i went to a bigger V-ban turbo
