That is a very true and possible reality with their radiators for some reason. The fix is to add a ground strap from the radiator to the chassis if you are not solid mounting it. Meaning, if you use the stock rubber grommet insulators for vibration, you have to run a ground strap or else the electric current that gets into the coolant from the engine will start to corrode the core of the radiator. Another suggestion would be to not use any frilly coolant. Just use a good Prestone mixed coolant and water and you will not have any problems. I learned this stuff the hard way at my last job with customer returns and warranties. Probably why they started that policy



My personal favorite for a street car is the Fluidyne. They fit perfectly, and I have never had a single problem with them. I have hda 4 leaking cores with Koyo, and their fitment and install leaves a bit to be desired.

I have a ron davis double pass in my FC. Very damn efficient radiator. I would probably suggest the Koyo "N-pass" radiator as you get multiple passes to cool the fluid, leaving it in the radiator longer to cool. Much better in my opinion. Just my $.01

My question is, are these turbo cars with front mounts or stock top mounts, or are they stock N/A's? And also, what type of fan system are you using? electric or belt driven?

Mine is just the stock fan. I seriously doubt I see 200 degrees on the highway.
