Does anyone know if you can get a rebuild kit for the ABS hydro unit?

 

nope. i checked, no-one makes a rebuild kit.

 

If you won't miss the ABS, I have heard there's a way to bypass the pump. As for me, I did it the hard way and got all the hard lines from a non-ABS car in the junkyard, and pulled the pump and all the lines, replaced the master cylinder with a non-ABS unit, and installed the non-ABS lines. Bled the system, and damn, they work great. No more leaks!

 

I have an ABS off a wrecked 87 RX7 that dosent appear to leak. If you want it you can have it for pretty cheap, its worth a shot.
