i was wondering if my ac compressor for my 89 gtu would work on a 88 turbo II..thanks for any help

 

I think they used different compressors for the S4 and S5.

 

they have 2 different systems, the nippon denso installed at the factory in japan, and the wynns/sanden installed at the port. all the t2's and some of the more expensive ones (gxl, maybe vert) have the nippon denso, the cheaper ones have the sanden. the difference is the hose connexions on the ac compressor itself
