Hello everyone. I have my new T66BB up and running on my FD. I went with a q trim 1.0 devided housing and the thing spools a little too fast... hard to imagine, I know, but I am getting some compressor surge, if I am in too low of an rpm range and try to accelerate without downshifting. Say I am cruising on the freeway at 70mph in 5th gear and I want to speed up a bit, if I don't downshift, when boost starts to build, my boost gauge starts going crazy, bouncing all over the place. I talked to a friend of mine and he said that is compressor surge. What I am wondering is if a larger exhaust housing will help eliminate this? I was running a 60-1, 1.0 devided p trim without any trouble, and I thought I could get away with the same size housing since I went with the q trim, but the BB option really makes a big difference with spool up. I mean I spool the T66 faster than the 60-1....

Should I just go up tp a 1.15 housing?
