91 turbo II engine specs

i was wondering if any one had the specs on the 91 turbo II engine, i just bought the car for $300 it was hit by a transport truck in the rear and the drive shafts good.

1.3 L, 7000 RPM redline, 200 HP at 6500 RPM, about 196 ftxlbs torque at around 3500 RPM.

is that at the flywheel or th wheels??
