so how do i do this ?

 

ive never used that air bleed, mine stripped and broken off, but theres still enough in it to plug the hole



let it idle for a while with water filler necks cap off, keep filling it if the level goes down. but not so much that it gets hot and overflows and hits your exhaust manifold and steams.
