well we got the car running but it only starts cold it wont start hot or when it gets hot it kills itself we also have to hold it at about 5k to keep it running right so we are not sure what is wrong wit it oh compression is good and so are vacuum hoses we think its something mechanical not electrical



also the car sounds good just wont run correct at all it pulls hard to the right and the turbo doesnt spool.



1 more thing the power steering doesnt seem to work.

 

"power steering doesn't seem to work" could be no belt... not fluid... can't help you witht the rest.... (to novice)

 

power steering could also be the PS computer. If its unplugged or whatever.

 

Wow! - I dont even know where to start!! It sounds like you have a major vacuum leak to me. Your turbo not spooling really has me concerned. I would start by checking out the intake tract then go from there. Make sure your Intercooler piping is all in tact.
