My t2 has a 87 ecubut the previous owner said its out of a 88.Is there a specific way to tell them apart by the injector plugs?I have a set of SE injectors that need a home.

early 87 injectors are low impedance and later 87's have high impedance. So I hear anyways.

Well it was for the 88 model year but the change happened in mid 87. I think the easiest way to know is the color of the plugs for the harness on each injector but I can't remember the site that had all this broken down.
