86 Auto Na--- Clunk In The Drive Line

Can the u joints be replaced? Just starting to look for what's causing the clunk when going from accellerating to braking. Seems like can't buy just the u joints. 86 na auto.

mazda makes you buy the whole shaft. try pushing up on the front of the diff, if it moves than the front diffmount is bad

yes they do...and it is a little more expensive..i think

yeah but being able to replace the u joints instead of the whole thing makes up for the price difference the next time around.
