Rebuilding my 89 Turbo. Here is what I have and have done

Fresh rebuild with Atkins rebuild kit

Medium street port using Pineapple Racing's templates

Stock turbo

ported wastegate

Blocked off emissions other than BAC

Home Depot ABS TID

Knightsport FCD

Corksport Radiator

3" downpipe and presilencer from Racing Beat (still looking for rest of exhaust)

Old school Trust FMIC allowing A/C and Power steering retained

Supra Turbo Fuel Pump

Innovate LC-1 with XD16 wideband

Defi Boost gauge

banzai racing oil pan brace

Racing Beat oil pan baffle plate

Modified Oil Control Regulator to ~85psi

I am looking for what to do with fuel. My primary concern is to get it drivable and reliable. I am going to start saving for a standalone, preferable the new haltech platinum sport, but for now I need to ensure I have a safe reliable setup to drive. Can I just put 720s in the secondaries or will it be too rich?

I am considering an S-AFC or an r-tek 1.8. I have read about the S-AFC messing with timing so I am not sure how safe it is to run on my freshly built turbo motor. Looking for advice, thanks.

you would be ok if you had a way of knowing how rich/lean you are running(wideband display) and a way to adjust the fuel trim to make it optimal (S-AFC etc)

i ran 680's in my last t2.

power was up by 15-20% so i figured the 10% increase in injector was good.

on the car, it drove pretty well, seemed like stock but maybe just a hair fatter?

I have an Innovate LC-1 with the XD-16 gauge. I do not have a way of adjusting the fuel trim yet. Probably going to be 3-4 months before I can go standalone. Looking at either Power FC or Haltech Platinum Sport 1000. For now though, it looks like I will just have injectors cleaned and flow checked.

i'd put the 750's in, too rich is better than too lean
