Alright, after removing emissions and doing the TB mod, and getting a mean *** hesitation, Im now getting exactly 150 miles out of 1 tank of gas, my car used to do like at least 450 outta a tank, even with me driving like a *****. Im still trying to hunt out my hesitation its a mean son of a bitch, if i go from a stop any less then 3k and slowly let the clutch out, it like boggs really hard and it looks like im riding a rotary bull, the whole car jumps back and forth and lurches about until 4k, then its hold the **** on. Its like the exact moment when I start to spool i hesitate so bad, its right as the needle on the stock boost guages reaches the 0 vaccuum and is about to begin boost.....same problem near top end aswell, if i just jam the pedal and try and get her to peak over 6k under WOT it stutters hard, but if i give it like 75% it will make it and pull pretty hard, but the point is its just not normal....

You're leaking gas somewhere.

The gas problem *could* be your oxygen sensor or injectors leaking...have you checked the AFM? I dont have boost, but that was a big problem w/ my bucking. Could be loose grounds too.

I will check things out and see, I know im not leaking fuel, i do have a smell, but Ive always had a smell and my PD is fine, so elsewhere I might be leaking that I cannot see.. As of right now, my DP isnt tightened on all the way, but that shouldnt cause fuel economy issues. I will mess with my AFM see what I can do about that, i doubt it will help much, And grounds, Im sure i should look those over...its a real PITA tho....only happend since ive removed emissions......=(

Check your fuel pressure. Maybe the regulator is stuck shut.

I have a main cat still, its keeping my boost from xploding my motor, which is probabbly pretty fucked up anyways, but who knows it still runs...fine

I can't believe you say you always got 450 miles a tank, that's crazy. If you divide that by 15 (gallons) it equals 30mpg. no way, not on these cars
