I think it's doable with the proper mods, intake manifold tuning and porting i believe will play a very significant role in obtaining this. Along with programmable engine management.

No need for a rat silly man, a 350 GM targetmaster engine, with warranty, has 350 hp. Look at my post in the "OTHER CARS" section about that 500 hp ZR-1
