hey guys im new to this so sorry if this question has been asked before but i was told a turbo 2 engine can have more power than the 20b three-rotor engine. is this true?

Yeah, depends. A 20b with "equal modding" will of course put more power down than a Turbo II motor, however, the cost to do the "equal modding" to the 20b is probably greater, not to mention actually getting the engine into the car. It's all about how deep your pockets are.
