While talking it over with my boss, we recalled that the Bronco was real low in coolant. So that's probably a factor. I'll check my coolant level before I leave work.

By the way, I have never touched that bleeder screw on any RX-7 that I owned and never had a air problem, I think if you fill the system properly you dont get air in the system.
actually, with the aluminum radiator from srmotorsports you have to use the water temp sensor boss as a bleed valve to get the air out, since the elbow has no bleed valve in it.

sounds liyou have a bad front diff mount with the clutch thing. by "jamming the clutch" waht exactly do you mean??? pushing it in or hard takeoffs. for a visual of what the problem may be.
whne the front diff mount is bad. it sags when there is no presure on the driveline. when you take off, it slams upward into the mount , making the thud sound. when you let off it may also make this sound as it slams into the rear subframe.
the sound should come from right behind the seats...
