ok this is all its doing when we attempt to start it it has new primary injectors new spark plugs new plug wires new fuel pump.

It sounds like it has no compression. Turn the motor by hand and put a squirt of oil into each chamber and see if it sounds better. If the loss of compression is due to it being flooded, that should get it started.

ok thanks ill try that but if that isnt the case do you know of anything else it could be because we have been told in the past it was flooded and we have done the deflooding procedure and it hasnt turned up any results

If you had the fuel lines off and got them mixed up. You'd have no fuel as they only work one way. This happened to me my last engine swap.



However a flooded engine sounds very different as it wipes any oil from the housings and the loss of compression is even greater. especially on a motor with miles on it. I had a flooded 7 once and leaving it for a couple of days had no effect. I did the oil trick and it fired right up. Although it will do a huge smoke cloud, so I did mine at night.
