Well, here's an update: My clutch is stuck to the flywheel, and it's completely worn out, along with the flywheel. Now I know why my car felt a little down on power. 
So now I'll be going with a stock flywheel, which should give me better straightline performance.

When they took the pressure plate off the clutch was stuck to the flywheel. Usually they fall right off.
