I have been soaking the engine in about half a gallon of MMO. I have ATF haven't tried that yet.

Can I run the motor on the rear rotor, and spin up the RPM's to get it to sling shot the front apex seals loose? I have been soaking this motor in MMO for about a week now. I haven't checked the front rotors compression in a few days but it's been staying around 23PSI while the rear is pumping a wapping 115PSI. I only soaked it overnight and the rear went from 40PSI to 115. It has been dry ever since ( I havent reoiled it since) But the front is being stubborn!

Could use some laymans techniques here. I don't want to throw away a perfectly good car over stuck seals. I pulled the exhaust manifold and the apex seals are nice and shiny and all there so I know they are not broken.

If they are stuck, what you are doing is right.
