Well, I'll offer up these numbers for a comparison. I damn sure ain't proud of 'em!

Went to the strip last night for the last event of the season. Damn, it was wall-to-wall. There was so much junk going down the track that they were stopping every few runs to clean up the track. One guy with a big block chevy stuffed into a 1980's AMC biffed the wall. I was talking with him before they started runs and he said the car had done mid 10's a while back. Got a total of 2 runs in all night, one for me, and one for my wife. The kids were great, but it's hard to do much spectating when you're chasing two young-uns.

REACTION: .9604 Yeah, I was sleeping big-time!

60 FT: 2.53 Haha. Man that sucked. I'm having trouble launching with the Hoosiers. Bog city.

1/8 ET: 9.84

1/8 MPH: 82.71

1/4 ET: 14.68

1/4 MPH: 102.41

It has been a long time since I've had the car at the strip, and it was easier to launch with the little BFG drags I had on before. Looks like I need a bit more practice! That and I'm still running AFR's in the high 10's.

LMFAO!! Haha. Damn I love the RX-7 forums. Anyway. When I had my first S5 after I just got my TII swap done to it (Had a REALLY big boost leak) I took it to the track. Keep in mind it was my first time ever to the track and I only got to run twice, I also don't remember my 60ft.. Sorry. But my reaction time was something like 1.25 (HAHA. Embarrassing..) and my first 1/8th ET was 10.3. Don't really remember how fast I was going either. On the second run the RT was something like .9-- and the ET was a 9.9 The car had a few things done, but not much just a full exhaust and a FMIC. Unfortunately when I got it all fixed they shut the track down to build *Shudder* Condos.. how wonderful. And they wonder why we street race in Jacksonville.. Anyway. This new car I'm building should show to be pretty good. Lot's of good stuff in it and I'll have to take it to Gainesville to run it at their track. But I'll be sure to put up the numbers as soon as I do.
