my tach intermitantly(s/p) goes out from time to time. i took my car to a dealer to get it checked out and they said my throtle is going. which is the reason my check engine light intermitantly comes on. the check engine light mainly comes on when i'm not giving the car gas. which is linked to the throtle going out. but lately i'll be driving and the check engine light won't come on ever then other times the light will be normal (just coming on when i'm not giving it gas). other times the light will stay on and the tach will go out. it's hard to pin point when it goes out exactly cause i usually don't notice it. but it's gone out in acceleration and also deceleration. i just read the thread on the tps and i'm gonna check that in the morning but i don't know if this is linked to the throtle or not.
