I've seen fake fiberglass ones that look like ***, but never an actual FD dash put in a FC... I pretty much decided that if I'm going to build a bad *** fun car there was no way in hell I was going to put that squared off 80's dash in it with out some kind of major modification and since I have my yellow FD sitting torn apart 10ft away out went the tape measure....

wonder how many well see in the next year or so at car shows???

im more wondering how it will handle on the road as far as shakes and rattles ?

 

IGY and I went out for a ride in it tonight... My fucken ***** melted and the Guru is about loud as hell inside the car, but she's going to be sweet to beat on. Two issue's other than the melting to death that came up is the brake booster doesn't seem to be getting any or very little vacuum so I need to make sure I put in the one way valve correctly... Pretty sure I did, so I may need to add a vacuum reservoir... I also need to add a restrictor to the vacuum line to the map sensor to smooth out the reverberation pulses at Idle so it doesn't bounce all over the map and hopefully that will smooth out the bottom end a little.

 

u gonna put the covers on the lights that are on that bumper? i dont understand why no one uses them.
