If anyone cares, in the end I received a refund for the engine and sent it back. Even though I'm pleased with the seller's integrity for making the deal right I'm not going to out him. In the mean time I bought a blown up FD for a song with my 20B money. Going to try to put an engine together and flip it over the next couple months. Hopefully make enough on it to cover the next 20B.
