I will need to trim the water neck to make room for the outlet vband....
The ic is a spearco. I used it for about 2 years with the old engine. Stock mount and It worked great! 4.5 inches thick.
I need to make a header now.

Why wouldnt it work well? Looks like you would have less bends overall, which is really what you are going for.
Cut that bottom outlet off and flip it over, and run it from the bottom. Thats what I would do, then run the top straigt to the TB.

the problem is 2 fold.
1st, the steering rack is in the way. I would have to route the pipe below the steering rack to make it work, but then it could scrape the ground.
2nd, I will use a custom radiator in a v-mount configuration. It will block the bottom IC connection quite effectively.

what size turbo are you running,i am doing the same project as you and i need some specs on your turbo and where can i get one and the cost ,,Thanks
