Go through the archives for Flyrotary and Paul Lamars site. One of them has a home made puller if it is the one to pull the front of the shaft off of the rear you are looking for...Not hard to build.

I made one from about a foot of 3" sch 40 pipe.
Used the pipe, welded a 3" square of flat plate (1/4" thick), 1/2" threaded rod to bolt a OTC "H beam puller" to. Welded 1/2" rod to a stock oil line banjo fitting (threads in to the e shaft lobe). Essentially the pipe drops over the shaft like the Amemiya video and pulls against the main e shaft.
Notes, do not use a cheap puller. I tried an 8" 3 jaw from ebay, welded it to the pipe. Failure, threads are **** and stuck.
Even with the OTC H beam, 8 or 10 ton if I remember right, I could not get it with out heat. I heated it gently and at a distance with a large air/acetylene torch.
Good luck.
