i have a 20b engine but its "clean" i have no inlet maifoil or outlet maifoil

i dont have a turbo either...



so my question is ...



what should a buy and where to get it??

i need

inlet mailfoil and injection and management

outlet mailfoil and turbo





any tips????



i am looking for a cheap sulution that is good anuff..



hope to get a output of 350-450 bhp range..

the engine is going into a road car ( Ford Capri MK III )



if you could suggest setup and links to where to buy

mazda can get the intake manifolds, they arent too badly priced either
