Hey guys



so i was bored at work and decided id spend some time and polish up my throttle body and as i do i started pulling it apart...well needless to say at the end of it i had more spring and actuators than i remebered seeing at the start.



so what im after is if some one out there has a access to there engine could you please take a few pics of it so when i go to put it back togeather im not left with"spare parts".

I just redid mine a couple days ago and took a couple pics. I still need to get a couple more stainless screws and finish porting/polishing but hopefully you figure things out.

 

Hey mate thats awsome thanks for that, what have you used to block off that other set of butterflys? (the blue things)

 

3/8 npt plug

 

use jb weld to fill those holes, you did all of the work to port and polish it, don't ruin the gain by having two holes that cause air turbulence.

 

Brazing or TIG welds can also fill the holes if you are weary about jb weld.
