Well, found myself a project. I've always liked how the 13B-RE cosmo upper intake looked and talked with Dragon and IGY for a couple of hours about how well this combination would work on an FD. The primary intake runners are WAY bigger than the stock FD runners, and the 20B throttle body is 4mm bigger than a stock FD.



I've got the Upper/Lower intake manifold from the 13B Cosmo, and I'll be picking up a 20B throttle body from my favorite welder here shortly.



This combination should help out my top end...just what my HKS T-45S was made for

It'll be quite fun I think. I'll have to make a secondary fuel rail and find out the pinout for the 20B throttle body TPS to match it up to the FD one. I'll also have to redo my intercooler piping, but I was going to do that anyways...going to go with 100mm aluminum piping on the throttle body side

I'm sending all my stuff to Dave so he can polish...after that, it's up to him where it goes since Davie-poo hooked me up REAL nice...I got a ton of FC/FD lower/upper intakes I'll be sending Dave-ilocks to polish up...kind of like war stock.

sorry to take all the fun out, but the 13b re intake will bolt right on the fd block, the pinouts are the same for the tps between em, you may even be able to put the fd tps on the 20b tb. um the elbows have the same sizing so you can prolly get your fd modded to fit.



the throttle cable pulls from the other side so you need a super long one, like off a cosmo, or us spec fc/fd



other than that enjoy the coolness of it

I know it will bolt up Mike :P But I'll have fun making everything work i.e. fuel rail, intercooler piping.
