That is quite a bit for a 22 year old car. I would offer them 2-2.5k at the most.
Good luck. Or you could always wait around and get lucky and find a GSL-SE. Hah, that would be like finding a 10AE for sale.

If its been sitting in a garage and cranks right up you cant go by the usual numbers, that would be unfair, its like saying a 57 chevy has no value because its so old when we all know that at some point the value stops going down slowly and starts going up fast. I think the lady might just know her car and if you dont get a time capsule kept RX then some one else will. And if it has 100,000 miles on it, its not even seasoned yet, even most hard run rex's dont die until 300,000+. My last one had 280,000 when I sold it, and it ran great.
Find the colors, trim packages, option packages, etc, etc, etc, for that year, get a price new compared to the other rx's of that year and go from there, you might have a potential show car in a couple of years from now. But if you buy it keep it covered, no reason to let years of keeping go to waste in a few months.
