Probably not. But that's just my guess.
If your looking for a performance alternative. I would hang on to the stock one just to pass and then swap out to a nice sidedraft or something. Better yet Holley Projection..... It looks like a 4 Brl but is actually a throttle body injection. You may be able to get that to pass.
