Oh hell yes. Pull up next to some fool in a neon (funny, was racing a 12a yesterday, we were driving around, this neon pulls into a parking lot next to us, my friend revs his engine, the neon looks over, and you see on his face he's like "DAMN i need to whop his ***!". the neond was prolly stock, had a muffler, huge *** wing, was painted blue, white rims, lowered. it looked fugly).
