well i was trying to do the same, but you will have to have the exhaust manifold custom and all the way back custome to, you'll need to do a new turbo (remember that turbo is 20+ years old on a jdm 12a) you'll be super lucky if you can find the stock ecu and wiring harness. more likely you'll need a aftermarket ecu. with the changed turbo i would suggest upgrading the injectors for safety's sake. you'll need a new fuel pump, i would watch the stock tranny and dif as they could go out with the 80% more power (stock 12at were about 176 hp, with changed turbos etc your looking more like 200 hp but i wanted to be conservative) you'll need a new clutch setup, i suggest kevlar (it lasts longer, better hold, and less damaging to your flywheel) i am not sure about the radiator though... i ould say it would be around 6k DONE RIGHT, but thats my opinion...

you can get a 12A-T setup from CORKSPORT! i've talked to them about it before.

and it's not 175 hp, more like 135

honestly for the same amount of $ you could probably do a TII swap and have more power potential

however the 12A_T is a Unique setup for somebody wanting something DIFFERENT.

i was planning on doing this b4 and parts where to hard to find and a lil expensive if i could find them. not too mention if your planning on big performance, it is somewhat limited with these engines due to only 2 fuel injectors. and like stated, that turbo is almost maxed out to begin with so u would have to replace it. and when i was tryin 2 find the motor the soonest i was told was a 9 month wait. and with the early turbo motors, they had weaker seals so they often went out at 20-40k miles. but if u were already planning a rebuild this doesnt matter to u. if your jus lookin for more power in your first gen id say prolly do a t2 swap or if u wanted to stay 12a, jus turbo your existing motor, carbed turbo 12a's make power somewhat easily and if you have a welder and mechanical skill you can do almost everything yourself for relatively cheap. jus my 2 cents, goodluck
