I'm trying to put together a swap here for an FB.

What transmission can handle the 13B Cosmo, will the T2 tranny do? Or is there an alternative that's feasible (doesn't cost my soul or something)?

I have heard some 3rd gen owners have swapped to a 2nd gen TII tranny because it seems to be the beefiest.

Have you looked at the specs on a GSL-SE transmission?

I've heard that the Se tranny is good till 250hp while the T2 tranny is good easily to 400hp.Setzep and DirectFreak both have 13B-RE swaps and are running T2 trannies.I will be running my T2 tranny as in my FB.

If you guys are swapping transmissions, what rear ends are you gonna use?

1st gens all have 3.9, no? I read that in the manual but somehow I can picture mazda releasing a few different FB rear end ratios..

You guys all sticking with stock diff?

I'll be running the SE diff with the LSD.

Okay so the T2 tranny it is. What rear-end are you guys using?

I don't know how easy it is to find a GSL-SE diff, or if I should just buy an LSD...
